This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Ads That Matters LLC (“we,” “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial
If you start with our 20-day free trial, no management fee is charged during the trial. You can stop at any time during the trial by emailing us, at no cost. Ad spend during the trial is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is not refundable by us.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your monthly service at any time by emailing connect@adsthatmatters.com with 14 days’ written notice. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Services and billing stop at the end of the notice period.
3. Refunds
Management fees are billed monthly in advance and cover work that starts at the beginning of each billing month. For that reason: Fees for a billing month that has already started are non-refundable. If you cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the next month. One-time setup, audit or creative fees are non-refundable once work has started. If we bill you by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
4. Ad spend
Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta and other platforms. We never receive or hold your ad spend, so we cannot refund it. Any ad spend refund requests must be made to the ad platform.
5. If we end the service
If we stop providing services for reasons not caused by you, we will refund a fair, prorated share of any prepaid management fee for the unused part of the billing month.
6. Payment disputes
If you are unhappy with a charge, please email us first at connect@adsthatmatters.com. We respond within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve it.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
