* Client business information: access to your ad accounts, analytics, website and marketing assets, plus performance data from those accounts, which we need to deliver our services.
* Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe and other payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
* Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar data, collected through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to enquiries and send proposals; deliver, manage and report on our advertising services; send invoices and process payments; improve our website and marketing; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with: payment processors (such as Stripe and Payoneer); advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta) as part of running your campaigns; our team members and contractors who work on your account under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where the law requires it.

Ads That Matters LLC is registered in the United States, and our team works from Pakistan. Your information may be stored or accessed in the United States, Pakistan and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
6. How long we keep data
We keep client and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, usually up to 7 years. Enquiries that don’t become clients are deleted within 2 years. When you end our services, we remove our access to your ad accounts.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure access controls and two-factor authentication on key accounts. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email connect@adsthatmatters.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
